I had not yet been to the Humane Society of New York until today and it is with great joy that I can report I finally met my friend Sandra DeFeo who Richard Phibbs had introduced me to! Today I was there with the great Tara Sgroi to photograph some gorgeous dogs who are in need of furever homes. The most fun thing is they are wearing Peruvian Connection sweaters that CEO and Founder, Annie Hurlbut, dreamed up that use the remnants of the alpaca garments that are knit for Peruvian Connection.Tomorrow these sweaters will be for sale with 100% of the proceeds benefitting the Humane Society of New York

He and the Humane Society of New York, under the brilliant direction of Sandra DeFeo, worked tirelessly with a team of people to get these beauties photographed so they might have a better chance of being adopted.
